Invite Anyone, Even Without an Account
From the Studio Console you can add a collaborator by email in seconds. If the person already has a Sabes Pro account, they are added immediately and receive an email invite. If they do not have an account yet, the invitation stays pending and you get a join link to share by email, chat, or text. When they open the link, they sign in or create a free account, and the invitation is accepted automatically.
Editor and Viewer Roles
Every collaborator gets a role you choose at invite time. Editors can browse the Take history, restore project copies, add comments, and create review links. Viewers can browse, restore, and comment, but cannot change sharing settings or create review links. Each member only sees the projects you share with them, never your whole workspace.
Automatic Take Sync, No Manual Sending
When you save a Take, Sabes Pro uploads the new encrypted backup blocks and a small metadata update to your own cloud storage. Collaborators with the project open see the update in real time. Everyone else sees the refreshed Take count and status badge the next time their dashboard loads. Nothing needs to be sent by hand, and no files sit on a central server.
Seats That Scale With Your Studio
The Studio tier includes 5 seats by default. Add more seats from your account page at any time, and free them instantly when someone leaves. Removing a member cuts their access to every shared project immediately.
Cross-Room Facility Sync
Connect the same shared cloud storage on workstations in different rooms. When the tracking room saves, the mixing suite sees the new Take on its timeline moments later, ready to load or fork into a mix pass. This keeps multi-room facilities moving without USB sticks or manual file transfers.
Free Collaborators Welcome
Collaborators do not need a paid plan. A free account is enough to join shared projects, browse the Take reel, restore copies, and leave comments. There are no feature gates hidden behind the invite flow.
